Probably one of the VAL files in /Program Files/Benzing/Pidexx/db is corrupted, and should be renamed/deleted/renewed. Try reinstalling the software.
Some say that downloading and running this software could fix this kind of problems - Pdxrbld: http://www.rksolution.cz/delphi/delphi.htm#00004 You can give it a try, if reinstalling the software won't fix the problem.
